Get free standard delivery in the UK on orders of £75 or more.

Standard delivery in 3-4 working days for orders under £75:

£3.75 for parcels up to 2kg (small)
£6.15 for parcels up to 5kg (medium)
£7.65 for parcels up to 10kg (large)
£11.55 for parcels up to 20kg (extra large)

Order by 12pm for Next day delivery to guarantee to receive by 1pm :

£13.35 for parcels up to 2kg (small)
£18.55 for parcels up to 10kg (medium)
£22.55 for parcels up to 20kg (large)

Returns

Online orders

If you’re not totally happy with your item, you can return it to head office for a full refund. Send the item with its labels attached and the receipt, in its original packaging, to the following address:

Please note: items purchased online must be returned within 28 days and cannot be returned to a store. We recommend posting your items for return using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

In-store purchases

If you would like to return an item you purchased in-store, pop into any of our shops within 28 days for an exchange or credit note. We only issue refunds if the item is faulty and you can supply the original receipt.
